Case study · 21 April 2024
Streamlining file translation and reporting.

- Client
- A pharmaceutical generics manufacturer in India. The published study does not name the company.
- Background
- The manufacturer was reporting Tatmeen serialization, aggregation, and shipment events through manual and mobile processes. Files arrived from batch releasers in non-standard formats, with missing data, broken event chronology, and reporting errors.
- Objective
- Translate those files into the format Tatmeen prescribes, and correct gaps, chronology, and reporting errors.
- What was implemented
- The team used nTrack's canonical data translation application and added services support for file errors. Files were restructured so they were consistent and complete against the Tatmeen requirements in use.
